The room was spacious and very clean. I liked the separate toilet and bathroom arrangement with a sink in between. Shampoo and bath gel were nice quality items. Light breakfast and free drinks were available, a nice bonus. A filter machine provided purified water in the room. I also appreciated the eateries nearby.

I found the provided route for luggage wasn't great. It required going through the car lane to go upstairs via the basement.

Staff were helpful and check-in was efficient. They also provided luggage storage. The reception area is staffed twenty-four hours a day. I thought this provided added security. The lobby offered sweet treats.

Many dining options exist around the hotel, inside and outside Tiong Bahru Hawkers' Center. I noticed that 7-Eleven stores are a short walk away. An ATM is easily accessible too though the coffee machine was not great

The location offers easy access to the city. I walked to several attractions from there. Tiong Bahru market is very close, and there are many local food options. It was really convenient.

The shower head wasn't adjustable. Water splashed onto the bathroom floor as a result.

I found a laundromat a short walk away which was VERY convenient. The air conditioning worked effectively and kept the room cool. The shower had AMAZING water pressure. It was strong and consistent.

The hotel entrance was not obvious from the street.

An Attentive Hotel Experience

The room looked spacious and clean. I found the bed comfy. The hotel made an awesome arrangement, including a bath tub in the room. I enjoyed my stay.

First impressions felt a bit dull. I noticed hygiene standards around coffee were not great. I saw one teaspoon in a holder was meant for common use, a definite ick.

Staff were really good. One gentleman cleared the breakfast area in the morning and assisted guests with bags. I noticed he had a fantastic attitude while helping was good.
